I applied online and was contacted by a recuiter to set up a phone interview, It was just a first step to review my background and skills; she advised me that she had come back to me in 1-2 weeks to organize a face to face meeting but I never heard anything from them (I also wrote an email to recruiter), personally I don't like this kind of behaviour: really uprofessional!
