8 weeks of very slow follow ups and about 4 rounds of chaotic people speaking over one another. They took around 1 week after each interview to provide timeline for the next step, without giving any clarity over the whole process. The feedback after each round was limited.

They took me into a room and I met several members of the team who all asked me many questions, so they like to get buy-in from the wider team around them. It was a busy place.
