My interview was through a staffing agency (Modis). I met with the recruiter in person, and next thing you know I was hired. There's nothing complicated about the jobs. They do not have any training per se, only sit behind a couple of people who all do things differently, so this only confuses matters. And no KB (Knowledge Base) to refer to, only out dated documents that when someone discovers how to do something and brings it to management's attention, they're instructed to write-up the documentation (In a proper way, within a template), and this is why there is not much documentation or communication on how to do things, because "you'll" have to write it up, as a task among everything else you have on your plate!
