The position for which I was interviewing was a key engineering leadership position to build a team and processes for initiating a new contract. Therefore, candidates for this position were interviewed directly by the Director of Engineering of V2X after an initial screening by the functional manager for Systems Engineering. Once approved by the Director, he requested one last screening with the local team lead.
