Very casual. Went there for a marketing position, and ended up with an accountant position. CEO knows what you are good at, and will try to bring the best out of you. The company is small so there are lots of flexibility to develop your skills in different positions. The key is yourself. CEO prefer people who have the vibe that fits the company.
