Yazan (CEO) and team were great to meet with and painted a clear picture of the organization and potential for my role. The hiring process included a short aptitude assessment before interviews and a couple of conversations. The interviews were collaborative and were more centered on how I’d approach the position than talking through my previous experience. The team was flexible on scheduling and approachable for follow up questions and discussion. Overall it was a very positive experience.
