This was honestly one of the best interview processes I’ve gone through. Everything was quick, smooth, and well organized. The recruiter was outstanding to work with, very responsive, and kept me in the loop throughout. Communication was always fast and clear, and she made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
Across the interviews, the questions felt thoughtful and like they were genuinely trying to get to know me and understand how I work. Everyone I spoke with was welcoming, positive, and easy to talk to, and there was a strong sense of culture throughout. Even the final interview with the SVP stood out, it felt more like a real conversation than a formal interview.
Unfortunately, I had to decline the offer due to another opportunity, but it was a great experience with the team overall.

The process was easy to follow and respectful with my time as I didn't need to wait before getting useful feedback. The information was transmitted clearly and any questions were answered sync or async. It was a good experience.

Started with a C-Suite exec. Very cut and dry meet and greet. Then down to someone who reports to him. I got grilled on my resume. Then down to someone who reports to that person, who ended up being my line manager. That was a chat more than an interview.
