Pleasant and informal. Wanted to know why I was applying and asked personality based questions to see if I would mesh with the team. Interview was a group setting, almost all of us got hired.
Stressful scanning process. Recorded answers to questions with no time to think. An in person interview would have been better. Instead it felt distant and impersonal. I felt I would've gotten the job had I interviewed in the store.
questionnaire followed by online interview, followed by group interview. they tend to hire in bursts. the group interview is generally casual and informal. there's not much to say, it's a retail job.
Average interview process with standard questions. Questions and topics discussed were company advancement , professional growth, educational opportunities, team work , communication, benefits. Interviewers were friendly and provided good feedback and information on the company and goals.
