Slow and disjunct. The interviewer was notably unprepared and had not read over my interview. However when the conversation started, they were constantly on their phone or taking calls, when in my opinion, that if I am invited in for an interview with your company (agency) and you're the VP of Programming, Sales, Engineering or whatever department, the time that YOU selected, should be respectfully set aside for the two of us to get to know one another in regard to the opportunity of potential employment - not, You on the phone deciding what you want for lunch or talking to your latest conquest from the weekends latest get together!
