Once you complete and submit the task, there’s a one-hour interview focused on your solution. During this discussion, you’ll answer questions about your design choices and explore broader system design concepts, demonstrating your ability to solve complex problems effectively.
3. Team Collaboration Interview: The final stage assesses your teamwork and collaboration skills. This interview focuses on how you manage your daily workflow, approach challenges, and work with others. It’s designed to give the team a sense of how you’ll integrate into their work environment and tackle shared tasks.
