Nothing too formal. I have been actively looking for jobs that check of all my "boxes" or requirements, and Upwork checks them all. The entire team, from executives to individual contributors were welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable. It was truly a great interview experience and a reflection as to how they treat their employees, and future employees.
