Initiated remote contact with hiring manager, followed by a positive in-person technical interview lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Due to the unavailability of the engineering manager for the next month, HR suggested an additional interview, which went well.
However, a week later, the engineering manager scheduled an interview in a new office, which turned out to be an awkward and unwelcoming experience. The manager seemed disinterested, rushed through technical questions, and displayed disappointment when answers were not immediate. Personality questions were hurriedly asked, and the interview concluded abruptly, with no follow-up or inquiry about my experience.
Received a rejection email a couple of days later. Overall, my experience was not positive, and I would not recommend this workplace based on the treatment of candidates.

The process was smooth, well-organized, and clearly structured. Some parts were conducted in the office while others were remote, which made it flexible and convenient. The technical questions were mostly basic LeetCode-style problems, generally at an easy to medium level, sometimes with added constraints or twists that increased their difficulty slightly.
Selection process includes a 30 minute Zoom interview, followed by a one hour on site frontal technical interview, with an additional follow up interview scheduled at a later date if candidates successfully pass stage.

The first step is a short phone call (around 30 minutes) focused on discussing my past experience and projects. There's no HR screening beforehand it moves directly to the technical interview stage.
