Entretien
This HR team doesn't seem to care about candidates' time at all. My experience with their interview process was a complete disaster.
They asked me to submit an assignment within one day, which I did after staying up all night. But then, they ignored my emails and stopped answering my calls for a whole week. When I finally got through, they made me wait another week for a follow-up call, only to give me a vague, meaningless response.
It's clear they don't take their interview process seriously. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I've had.

1. Intoductory call from HR/Recruiter.
2. Weekend Test. Was asked to implement an application. Time taken to do so generally is over 8 hours over a period of 2 days.
3. Technical round.
4. Technical round with Architect/Product Manager
5. HR round for "culture" fit and comp discussions.
Technical interviewers not joining calls. Had to reschedule 20 mins into the call.
HR not reaching out during scheduled time.
