Had a total of 5 rounds - initial HR phone call, technical phone call, 2 technical in person, 1 HR in person.
Apart from the initial HR phone call, each round took 1+ hour.
On Friday the HR informed me that they all loved me and are ready to offer the position at my desired salary.
By Monday they asked me my address and my tentative joining date as it'll be mentioned in my offer letter.
Said I'll receive the letter by EOD. But then, they never sent it.
After many unanswered calls, they tell me on Thursday that due to some internal restructuring, the position is no longer available and they've decided to not go ahead with me.
I had already put my papers in my current company and said no to some other company.
This is the worst a company could do to a candidate.

2 technical interviews each round is an elimination round.

Applied at upstox sometime back. Got an email to choose a 30 min slot to schedule the first round with the HR. Did it.
After waiting for 10 mins, I got into some important task. Got a call 15 mins past the scheduled time and since I was in the middle of an important task, I couldn't pickup the call, but msgd I will call back.
I called back in 5 mins. I was told, she will callback in another 1 hour. Waited, but no call came in. I tried twice the same day, but no response. Called her the next day again, still no response.
Initially, I was impressed that you guys use a scheduler. But it is joke. And it made me laugh. Thank you.
