I got an email from the recruiter and we set up an interview for a certain date and time. In my first interview she got to know me. We talked about my goals and how I would fit in the position I was applying for. After that, she called me so I could schedule an interview with the managers of my department which lasted 1 1/2 hours. A couple days later I got a phone from the recruiter with an offer for me. We talked about salary and benefits. Next, I was reached by another Upstar hiring person who explain my hiring process in which included the paperwork I needed to fill out and sign, background check and all that. In conclusion, I had a nice and smooth hiring experience with Upstar. Everyone was very polite and treated me call respect and consideration all the time.
