Entretien
I got an email from the recruiter and we set up an interview for a certain date and time. In my first interview she got to know me. We talked about my goals and how I would fit in the position I was applying for.
After that, she called me so I could schedule an interview with the managers of my department which lasted 1 1/2 hours.
A couple days later I got a phone from the recruiter with an offer for me. We talked about salary and benefits.
Next, I was reached by another Upstar hiring person who explain my hiring process in which included the paperwork I needed to fill out and sign, background check and all that.
In conclusion, I had a nice and smooth hiring experience with Upstar. Everyone was very polite and treated me call respect and consideration all the time.

It was very smooth. I was comfortable and I liked it . The interviewer was very calm and friendly. We chatted about usual things and then slides into questions. It helped me.
Easiest interview ever. Strictly questions getting to know you and how your past makes you suited for the role. They’ll mostly hire anyone unless they seem like they’re socially awkward.

Entretien
Very smooth process from start to finish. Went through a screening with personality and aptitude aspects, followed by two Zoom interviews, and a final call before the offer was extended and accepted.
