I couldn't tell you what the interview process is other than they get your hopes up and then waste your time . I was scheduled for a phone screen on Thursday, September 12. On Wednesday, September 11, I get an automated email saying that they have decided to move forward with other candidates. When I tried to follow up with the recruiter, I get no response. Obviously, there was something in my resume that interested them in the first place. So, how can you move forward without speaking to me?
