First I was given a writing task, then contacted by phone to answer a few questions like "do you have the right to work in the UK?" very basic, not a real interview. Then I was asked to the first interview. It happened over skype with two of the team members as a 'culture fit' interview. After that I was asked to do another interview with two more members of the team as the most senior member of staff was unavailable to interview me. Each stage went well but I was ultimately rejected.
