Interview has started also without any introduction part, and all process was in style “50 most common Python interview questions“. And in the end I figured out that there is also test task(with quite vague description), which is not a problem in general but it is a good practice to explain how many stages in hiring process. Guys, I definitely understand cultural mismatch, but it is just rude.
