The interview process was very odd. A day after I put in the application, I received an email from the co-founder. He asked for some dates and times to set up an interview and cc'd the gentlemen who would interview me. I replied with my availability and a I got no answer. After a couple of days I sent another email asking if the job was still available. Someone reached back out to me and set up an interview. The inteview it self, was very casual but good. I tried to follow up but go no response. I took the bad communication as a red flag and decided to no longer follow up.
