Entretien
Process has three steps. 1. online exam 2. verbal exam 3. technical interview Online test includes various aspects of Salesforce including coding, admin, theory, etc. Verbal test includes test on your English communication. Technical interview is a theoretical interview. No scenario based questions would be asked only theory. If you're LUCKY(?) enough, you'll get selected, because it looks like Uplers may have a lucky draw in the backend. Even though you answer all the questions, there are very less chances of you being selected unless you're lucky (?) enough. Vague feedback is provided for your non-selection which is partially correct. Thank god I was not selected in this company. If they can do this before getting selected, imagine what they must be doing with existing employers! Uplers HRs make sure that they show attitude towards you and are probably on a mission to set/confirm the bad perception of HRs.
