The process was very smooth and the job description was quite clear. There was also a tour of the incubator which was quite nice. Everyone was very friendly. It is very informal, just come in and meet the CEO of the startup and take a walk with him around the office. He really just wants to get to know you to see if you're a good fit for the company (chill but willing to work hard) and to get a sense of your experience with the business.
