J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Updox en août 2019
Entretien
I had a phone call with a technical recruiter, mostly going over my resume and asking what I was looking for in a new job. This was followed by another quick phone interview with a dev manager. This was also pretty conversational, mostly going over my work history and then talking about things the company is working on and where I might fit in. Finally, I got to an on-site interview run by a panel of 4-5 developers. Again this was mostly conversational and going over my resume again, with time for me to ask questions. Nothing was remotely technical in the interview process, yet I was told I didn't have enough experience for the job. I'm not sure how I could have better shown off my experience in this interview format. In this case I really wish there had been some sort of code kata or any more in depth technical talk.
The interview process was clear. It was several rounds with experience based questions. Technical prowess was 5/10. I'm pretty sure it was one of the easier i've done. I would just make sure you are up to date on your resume and your past experience.
