A couple of phone interviews, phone calls, emails including a survey, and then an in person interview before I got an offer by email. I felt very at ease with both interviewers and it was an overall great experience!

Entretien
Submitted an application online. Received "guaranteed interview" email from HireKeep (which seems to be just a facilitator in the candidate selection). Then I received confirmation with HR name for time/date. No one from Updox called to interview at the scheduled time.

Entretien
I had a phone screen with HR that lasted about 30 mins. I got a follow-up the very next day to coming for a formal interview later that week. I interviewed with 3 different people from the sales department. After a week of them reviewing my interview and application, I got a call from the HR department with a offer and the a offer letter.
