I had a first interview where we discussed my CV, then put a lot of time and effort into a battery of tests and a business case, followed by another interview, this time in their office, in-person, to discuss past experiences and projects and my expectations for the future. Never discussed conditions or salary expectations. Afterwards, never heard back from them… I was very excited about the project and their work. But it felt like a waste of time and lack of consideration.
