APP to interview was swift. Too long for the offer (perhaps I wasn’t first choice so they had people decline before my offer?) but it took a long time for the offer, gave 24 hrs to accept and no negotiation for salary or start date. You do go through a mock phone call with a client/customer- they test your skills to talk, type and empathize. They then ask you to send your notes. The interviewers were awesome. The recruiter was rude.
