It was a relatively quick process. About a one week turn around from application to interview. All were video/phone interviews for a remote position. Very basic customer service and experience based questions.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Unum

I applied online and then had a phone screening with Calle. She was very professional and informative throughout the process, Next, I was offered a 2 person panel interview which was conducted online through video conferencing. The interview lasted about an hour. The interviewers were very thorough yet personable. They asked a series of behavioral based questions. The interview ended with a mock phone call. I would suggest taking time to reflect on your resume and past experience along with doing some research on the company. This is not an interview you can ace without some preparation. They are looking for the right fit for the position and the company. Everyone was very professional and made you feel at ease throughout the hiring process. Great experience!
