Very long interview process. I think if they needed the position faster, things would've moved faster. 1 over the phone interview with HR, 3 in person office interviews, and 1 trip interview to headquarters for half a day of mini interviews and a consultative interview role play in front of a panel of interviewers.

There were several (maybe three) rounds of interviews. One was with three individuals on the team. It felt like they were really focused on finding the right fit for their team, which I appreciated. Overall positive experience. One downside: didn’t let me know for weeks after the last interview that it had been offered to someone else. I had to send a follow up email asking the status.
