The first interview was done by phone. It ladt 45 mins. I got a call back within 30 minutes to set up a face -to-face interview. It was a 2 personal panel. One of them was skyping. I received the typical behavior questions.. Describe a time when you had to make a hard decision etc. I got a call back in about a week. They offered me a position above the one I intwrviewed for.
