I had a wonderful interview. The women who I interviewed with were very kind and did a marvelous job making me feel comfortable during the process, despite my tremendous nerves. There were a few tough questions that I was not expecting, but they gave me the time to consider, and answer to the best of my ability. After the Q and A part of the interview , there was a sample phone call. It was a challenge f or me having gone in with no prior phone experience, but they gave me plenty of time to learn the material of the given sample situation. overall I was presently surprised with how unintimidating the entire process was!

If the job begins to feel mundane after awhile, how will you keep yourself motivated?
It was a relatively quick process. About a one week turn around from application to interview. All were video/phone interviews for a remote position. Very basic customer service and experience based questions.

Asked the usual interview questions "How do you handle difficult calls?" and "How do you manage your time?" It felt like a conversation in the session and I did not feel nervous.

Yes they interview and it is a tedious process. Will phone you and then call for in person interview. Will offer job over the phone. Asked around twenty different questions in both interviews.
