The experience wasn't positive, and I wondered how it's possible for a company involved in mental health to implement such a process. There were five steps, including a cognitive test and a detailed case study. At one point, I thought the tests were for joining NASA because the process was so lengthy. At the end of it all, there was no feedback, and they disappeared. It felt as though they just collected ideas and vanished. I'm truly disappointed in a company I thought held values.
