Processo di selezione lunghissimo e fumoso. L'effort richiesto per il tipo di candidatura è eccessivo ed è stato estenuante. Inoltre non mi sono stati feedback, ho dovuto rincorrere l'HR. In generale poca struttura.

First step with the talent acquisition manager, then a second step with the Head of Brand. Both very nice and welcoming - the interview was conducted as an open discussion regarding the tasks and responsibilities of the position.

Five rounds of interviews, including a full presentation, only to receive no feedback at all.
Sorry, but that’s completely at odds with a company also focused on mental health at work.
It’s just not worth it, don’t give away your ideas for free.
