random questions first a phone interview and that how they denied if they want you or not. then they will call you in and be done. they hire you during the phone interview. not sure if they are still doing it even after covid.

Entretien
First you get a phone interview then you get an in person interview. If they let you go after the in person interview you probably did not get the job.
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
