Apply in person. I applied online and got not response, but once I came in person, I got an interview appointment almost immediately. Long presentation with a lot of video viewing. A group interview with each member answering 2-3 questions.

todo fue a tiempo, me dieron una fecha estimada y ese mismo día fue, realmente bien y me gustó mucho, estaba muy emocionada porque siempre había querido trabajar en Universal Studios.

It was very straight forward and the overall process was very straight forward. I was probably in and out with in an hour or two. It was a very nice and open environment.
Easy going, very straightforward. I would recommend for anyone in high school or getting out of high school as a first job. They usually hire about anyone to be honest.
