Interview process is very slow after every round they took at-least half and hour time for next round I would not recommend to my friends or other members because company running in a flat no infrastructure

there were three rounds of interview
1. Written test
2. HR Round
3. Technical round
they offered me the job within two days

They asked me about technical questions, they were irrelevant to the work they do.
In technical round, they asked me about new web technologies. But still they use VB.net and desktop based application.
Was not happy with the interview process.
Director asked me, can I work late in night.
