Applied directly in Feb 2025. Got an invite to interview almost 2 months later. Initial call with the internal recruiter followed by a technical assignment. The technical assignment is rather overblown (even admitted by the recruiter themselves) but what is worse the whole thing was totally miscommunicated as to what was required. The recruiter told me one thing, the technical team wanted something else. As a result a total waste of everybody's time. Advice: Communicate your requirements clearly and accurately. If you ask wrong questions do not expect right answers. Allow direct communication between candidates and the technical team to avoid broken phone side effect.
