The initial round is with an HR person over the phone. They ask general information about what you currently do and what your strengths are. If you do well, you get invited in person (at least pre-COVID) to one of their campuses to interview with the hiring manager. The atmosphere and questioning is still relaxed like before, but more specific to the job in question.

Applied online and it took about two weeks. Talked to the recruiter and hiring manager - both were very nice and easy to talk to. Fairly casual interview - more behavioural/motivation questions rather than technical.

The interview process was pretty easy. I spoke about my experience and how I stay up with pop culture trends. I had 3 rounds of interviews before I given the final offer.
