Univar Solutions contacted me through LinkedIn about a position, and I shared my updated resume. We scheduled a date and time for a phone interview with HR, but no one called. I didn’t receive any message, apology, or attempt to reschedule. Three days later, the same person called unexpectedly, but I couldn’t answer at that moment. Again, there was no follow-up message or effort to reconnect. This lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing and reflected poorly on the company’s hiring process.
