I had a total of four interviews.
The whole process took place remotely.
The first interview was with a Unity recruiter. It was a very comfortable and professional meeting. We talked about my previous experience. At the end, the recruiter suggested I consider a position for a higher position in the near future, as there were no openings at that time. I agreed.
The second step was to meet with the QA manager, but it wasn't a regular interview since the position wasn't open yet. We went on to talk about my experience and possible prospects.
A short time later there was a 3rd and 4th step with the hiring managers. They were similar, but with different people. The focus was on professional behavior and problem-solving experiences. We shared best practices with each other.
Finally, I got a test assignment.
After completing it, I got an offer.
I was happy that unity offered me the best position that didn't even exist at the time. Overall, all interviews were very comfortable and professional.
