Entretien
The entire process took 1 month. Interview rounds were as follows:
1. Phone screen with recruiter to assess interest in the role.
2. Intro to hiring manager. Mostly behavioral questions.
3. "Virtual onsite" of 7 interviews. You will speak to the hiring manager a second time, some senior leaders in finance, as well as several cross functional partners of varying seniority.
Overall, most of my interviewers were friendly and questions were straightforward, nobody is trying to trip you up with their questions. Although I'd argue the amount of interviewers in the final round was a bit excessive.
What I found to be very taxing and drawn out was the "virtual onsite", which was 7 interviews but spread across the course of 2 weeks due to scheduling reasons. At first the recruiter had communicated that I'd be speaking with 4 people on the team for my final round, but then at the last minute they told me they'd want me to speak to 3 more which I felt was pretty inconvenient.
It wasn't very clear to me why they had me interview with so many individuals on the team and frustrating to have gone through 9 interviews total over the course of the month to find out that I wasn't selected for the role.
Word of advice to recruiting: either 1) split up the virtual onsite into 2 separate rounds or 2) cut the process down to 4-5 virtual onsite interviews maximum. I was definitely irritated having invested so much time into the interviewing process for this role, just to be rejected later on with a short email.

Entretien
First interview was a phone interview with a recruiter, followed by a video interview with two Finance team members, followed by an on site with two more people in finance, and one business partner. Immediately following the onsite, was asked to return to meet the CFO, followed by one additional video interview with a finance team member.

Interview process was well organized and communicated. Applied online and a few weeks later got a reply and set up a phone screen with the recruiter for the position. After that, had two on-site meetings with the hiring manager and other finance managers and VP, and then was extended an offer a week after my second on-site
