J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Unity (Salt Lake City, UT) en mars 2020
Entretien
The whole process took about 3 months but I believe majority of that was due to scheduling interviews in two major different timezones and of course the global pandemic that is COVID19.
Throughout the entire process I was receiving weekly updates when there wasn't an already scheduled meeting in the near future. I greatly appreciated that as it helped me focus on preparing for the interviews and not wasting energy wondering if they had forgotten about me or had moved on.
I had a couple screening calls that were fairly light on the tech side, followed up by a take-home assignment that didn't have a due date so it was nice to be able to take my time on that. I found the questions to be challenging yet relevant for the job I was applying for. The feedback I received from that was beneficial as it helped me understand what kind of developer they were looking for their team.
After the take-home assignment, I was scheduled to meet with a handful of the developers across multiple teams that I would potentially be working with. It was great to see everyone work well together and get a better understand of the team dynamics.
After the last round of interviews I received an offer about 2 weeks later. Most of that time was due to determining the re-location process during the global pandemic.
