Recruiter reached out within a day of applying and scheduled a 30 min phone screening. After the phone screening, a phone interview with their hiring manager was scheduled. Questions were fairly simple with most of it focused on background. After the phone interview an onsite was scheduled. The onsite focused on topics relating to their tech stack and my background. Overall your typical DS/A questions with a few system design questions. There were questions also focused on the ins/outs of each language. Ultimately, their questions were fair and gave good signal into their candidates for what they were looking for. Which is solid CS background and ability to build a system from the ground up.
