No interview was required because I was contracted through Aerotek Staffing. There was a small one on one interview before the training started. It was very basic and easy to complete the entire process. the HR woman comes across as a bit belittling and not so nice but that is imply her personality and I do not think she had any ill intent or feelings during the process
