I applied online where I filled out an application and wrote a short response outlining my interest in working here. I was later reached out to for an interview over Microsoft Teams, then received information about completing a background check followed by an offer.

What skills will you be able to bring to this position?
Phone call-- questions pertained to experience more than anything; "tell us about your past experience". "do you have any experience with [so and so], etc. Interviewer was very nice and listened to everything I had to say!

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your past experiences.
Concealed the fact that internship was unpaid until the last minute of the interview. Otherwise fair and applicable questions. The lack of organization within UW was not exposed during the interview process.
Went through one stage of interviews with the Manager of the team and it was very conversational and easygoing. Questions weren’t hard or challenging at all. No behavioral questions—just getting to know you questions
