More or less your standard interview with the usual questions except for some very skill-specific questions. The online job description did not specify some skills they were looking for. There were a number of technical skills that were not in the job ad.

Question 1
As we were just seated and chatting before we formally began the interview, it was assumed that I did not have children and an inappropriate comment was made about disliking children. No illegal questions about children were asked, but it was uncomfortable.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez United Way en juill. 2010
Entretien
I applied online and also have a couple of employees vouch for my candidacy. The interview had three panelists - one from HR, the hiring manager and one panelist from the fundraising team. The panelists indicated before the interview began what the interview process would be like. Each panelist took turns asking questions, and other panelists took turns writiing down my response if the information resonates with them positively. The hiring manager told me before the interview began that there wouldn't be any 2-way dialogue - just question and answer, so it's rather stilted. After the panelists finished the questions, I had a few minutes to ask questions. The interview took 1 hour. It took a few weeks for me to find out the outcome and be offered a position, contingent on the outcome of a background check.
