I applied online. Got an email a couple of days after to set up a 20 min phone interview and was asked to send in writing samples. Next day, received an email stating that HR Coordinator would reach out. HR Coordinator called about a week later set up Skype interview with 4 colleagues. Was also given a writing prompt to send in after the group interview.
