Typical, very dry and overly serious for such an "entry-level" position. You're given scenarios, what would you do in this situation, that situation. There were two interviews. Basically, the more bland you are the better it is, they want you to be a true conformist, smile and nod your head to everything. Also, there was a test administered, testing your Excel abilities. Some things you have never heard of before and will not use in your job.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I can't really remember, but I know it was one of those typical dull questions (e.g. What would you if you didn't know how to complete a certain task? or What if you had a conflict with another employee and had to have the 'courageous conversation'?).

Phone screening and then in person interview. Basic easy questions. Everyone was nice and professional. The in person interview was a group interview with about 6 people. The phone screening was around 30 minutes and the in person interview was about 1.5 hours.
