Entretien
Very laid back, one on one interview. They will be interested in your prior community service experience, be prepared to give examples. The interview is basically just a walk through of your resume. They focus on your strengths rather than asking about weaknesses. It's not a typical interview with question and answer, rather very conversational.
Phone call-- questions pertained to experience more than anything; "tell us about your past experience". "do you have any experience with [so and so], etc. Interviewer was very nice and listened to everything I had to say!

Concealed the fact that internship was unpaid until the last minute of the interview. Otherwise fair and applicable questions. The lack of organization within UW was not exposed during the interview process.
Went through one stage of interviews with the Manager of the team and it was very conversational and easygoing. Questions weren’t hard or challenging at all. No behavioral questions—just getting to know you questions
