Very robotic. It felt like the interviewer was reading off a script. You should know some UTA clients and know the program you are applying for. Fairly easy interview however,

Entretien
Interviews were spread out over multiple weeks. The first round was with an HR/recruitment team member, followed by a written assessment. Then, if you advance further, you speak to agents.

Entretien
Applied directly through UTA website and was emailed by recruiter to set up an Informational Zoom Prescreening Call two days after I submitted my application. Interview was about 30 minutes and contained typical interview questions. I didn't nearly as much research on the company as I should've, but if you prepare and do research on the company ahead of time, you should be fine. Interview wasn't very conversational either. UTA ended up not moving forward with my application.
