The interview process was very smooth and handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Question 1
Interviewer gave an example of a specific situation and asked how I would approach it. This is standard for behavioral interviewing. The specific situation I was asked about was a challenging one and I think provided the interviewer with a good sense of my experience.

I was not impressed with the phone screen and the recruiter. It was not a friendly experience, when I asked clarifying questions because the questions being asked didn’t make sense (because she didn’t understand the specialty or intricacy of what I do or the role) she just kept repeating the question but more frustrated or implying I was lying on my resume by saying “well it says on your resume this so are you saying something different”. Very negative feeling for the organization based on this interaction and it is too bad because they are the first interaction with the company. I started writing up an email that I didn’t want to move forward with the process but luckily was auto denied anyways. I hope this recruiter changes her attitude or they replace her for the sake of their culture.

Phone Screen, In-person interview, Phone Interview with senior leader. The manager let me know the entire process for the start. Kept me informed of next steps in the process. Enjoyed speaking with a Senior Leader-showed that the company valued my experience and valued the role I was applying for.
