I recently attended the first aptitude round at Unisys, and it was an invigorating experience. The round was thoughtfully designed to evaluate problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and numerical reasoning. The questions presented challenged me to think creatively and apply my knowledge in practical ways. It was not only a test of my technical abilities but also a demonstration of my ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently. The round highlighted Unisys's commitment to selecting top talent by setting a high standard for applicants. I'm looking forward to progressing further in the interview process and potentially contributing to the innovative work that Unisys is known for in the IT industry.

Entretien
Ich hatte insgesamt zwei Interviews: ein Screening und eine technische Runde. Meiner Meinung nach sind beide Runden positiv verlaufen. Nach dem Interview habe ich jedoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten und musste das Feedback ausdrücklich anfordern. Im Feedback stand, dass mir „marginale Consulting-Soft-Skills“ fehlten, ohne eine detaillierte Beschreibung, welche genau gemeint waren. Ich vermute, dass dies nur eine Ausrede für einen anderen (wirklichen) Grund für die Absage war, den ich natürlich nicht kennen kann.

The recruitment process is very fast, initially i attended to online test , one is apittude and communication and other test is technical, after that i have given technical interview most of the questions asked from python.
